This policy explains what information we collect on this website, what we use it for and what you can ask us about it. We wrote it in plain language on purpose.

Who is responsible

The company responsible for your information is Ground Sky Studios LLC, located in Juana Díaz, Puerto Rico.

What information we collect

What you give us in the form:

• Whether you are a real estate agent or brokerage, or the property owner.
• Your name.
• Your WhatsApp number.
• The type of project, the approximate date and the approximate budget you choose.
• Which ad or link brought you to the website, so we know which ads work.

If you book an appointment: your name, your email and the day and time you choose.

What is collected automatically when you visit: technical data such as the page you visit, your type of device and browser, your IP address and whether you came from an ad. This is collected by the Meta pixel (see below).

We do not ask for or store payment details, ID documents or sensitive information.

What we use it for

• To reply to you and prepare a quote.
• To schedule the shoot with you if you decide to go ahead.
• To learn which ads bring us inquiries, and to improve them.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to mailing lists without asking you.

The Meta pixel

This website uses the Meta pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, Inc. (owner of Facebook and Instagram). The pixel uses cookies and similar technologies to count visits to the website and the quote requests that come from our ads, and to show ads to people with similar interests.

Meta handles that data under its own privacy policy. You can choose which ads you see and how your activity is used in Meta’s ad preferences, and you can also block or delete cookies in your browser.

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers that help us receive and store your requests and schedule appointments. They only use the information to provide that service to us.

If you open the 360 tour on this page, the tour loads from the provider that hosts it, which may record the visit to the tour.

We also use Meta tools to measure our ads, as explained above.

Beyond that, we would only share your information if a law or an authority requires it.

How long we keep it

We do not have a fixed period. We keep your information as part of our client and contact records, even if you end up not hiring us.

What you can ask us

• To stop contacting you. We stop messaging and calling you. Your information stays in our records, but marked so we do not contact you again.
• To know what information we have about you and to correct it if something is wrong.

Minors

This website is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with its date.
